         Since the birth of the industrial era, our air, water, food and environment have been so altered as to threaten our existence. Here are just a few of the great problems, and possible solutions, for your investigation.
         How safe is the water that you and your family drink? There are more than 5,000 known chemicals in our water today. The EPA only requires water districts to test for the presence of less than 50 of these.
         Charlene Pizzadilli, a Simi Valley gardener, is concerned about reports of perchlorate in the city's ground water. An Environmental Working Group study of winter lettuce, grown in California and Arizona, found that 4 of 22 samples contained perchlorate, the main ingredient in rocket fuel, from 30 parts per billion (ppb) to 121 ppb. As of July 15, 2003, the safe drinking water standard is 4 ppb. The chemical is linked to thyroid disorders, tumors, cancer and mental retardation. In 1992, 20% of Americans consumed water contaminated with unlawfully high levels of chemicals.^1,2

1. Pure Water for You and Your Family
         Water purification systems (residential and commercial) are available from an L.A. family company, in business for 23 years. The units are locally manufactured. Installation, maintenance, referrals and buy/lease options are available.

2. Living Water ` The Real “Solution”
         This is specially bottled, ultra pure drinking water with 400-750 parts per million of oxygen. It has an optimum 7.7 pH for maximum oxygenation and optimum molecular cluster size for rapid transport of water, oxygen and nutrients into the cells.
         At birth, about 75% of our body weight is water (H20). Water, including oxygen, is 70% of the adult body; with “aging,” it can drop to 66%. The brain is 85% water. Oxygen is the most abundant element in the body, weighing in at 65%. A 150-pound man has 105 pounds of water.
         Aquaporins, tiny water channels in cell membranes, enable cells to control water and oxygen entry. F. Batmanghelidj, M.D., says that these pumps rotate, Tesla turbine style, during water influx, generating hydroelectric and magnetic energy for the cell. Only water in a molecular single file enters the cell. Much of the water, from most sources, forms molecular clusters too large to enter easily.
         Water contaminants cause many aquaporins to close. This creates too much water between cells and not enough oxygen and water within cells.
         At the national level, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is responsible for bottled water safety, but the FDA's rules completely exempt waters that are packaged and sold within the same state, which account for 60-70% of all bottled water sold in the United States. About one out of five states don't regulate these waters either.
         Even when bottled waters are covered by the FDA's rules, they are subject to less rigorous testing and purity standards than those, which apply to city tap water. Bottled water is required to be tested less frequently than city tap water for bacteria and chemical contaminants.
         Bottled water rules allow for some contamination by E. coli or fecal coliform, which indicate possible contamination with fecal matter. There are no requirements for bottled water to be disinfected or tested for parasites such as cryptosporidium or giardia, unlike the rules for big city tap water systems.
         In 1927, Dr. Otto Warburg, one of three people in history to win two Nobel Prizes, was the first person to create cancer in the laboratory. By acidifying a cellular medium, he reduced oxygen to 60% of the normal level. Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the U.S., where diets are too acidic and processed. Heart disease is the first leading cause. A lack of oxygen (hypoxia) or loss of oxygen (anoxia) to the heart muscle, with resultant tissue death, is the definition of myocardial infarction (heart attack). Heart disease kills more Americans than the other degenerative diseases combined.

Oxygen levels in our air have dropped from 38% about 100 years ago, to about 22% 30 years ago, to 17% in today's cities. Blood oxygen levels can increase as much as twenty times with the right pH, a simple yet profound solution. In 24 hours, the average man takes in 6-8 pounds of oxygen, 4 pounds of food and 2 pounds of water. Dysfunctional oxygen metabolism (the inability of cells to use oxygen) may be the greatest threat to human health. Optimizing oxygen metabolism and cellular hydration, as simply as possible, may be the greatest promise for humanity's health and all of earth's animals and plants.
        Nikola Tesla, the Father of our Electric Age, said that crystals are alive. Living water, with all the minerals, in the right ratio and pH, is a liquid crystal. The electron microscope reveals crystalline forms called nucleosomes in DNA, which stabilize electron flow in a resonant state to all cells. This flow is greatly enhanced by oxygen.          Jacques Benveniste, M.D., a French scientist, states, “Life depends on signals exchanged among molecules. The vibration of molecules in living cells has been an established fact for decades.” Franz Morrell, M.D., a German inventor, says, “In a single cell the amount of information transmission is so great that it would take a hundred years to read it, if it were printed out.” Fritz Albert Popp, Ph.D., a German biophysicist, proposes cellular photon communication at light speed and beyond, in the body's multi trillion molecules and cells. Louis Kervan, a French scientist, and George Ohsawa, a Japanese scientist, both proved that sodium could be transmuted into potassium with oxygen and electrical energy! Living water is an ideal conductor of bioelectricity and oxygen.
         Giuliano Preparata and Emilio Del Giudice, physicists at the Milan Institute for Nuclear Physics, demonstrated mathematically that closely packed molecules exhibit coherent domains. Kunio Yasue, a physicist at Okayama, Japan's Research Institute for Information and Science, found that water in cells organizes discordant energy into coherent photons -- a process called superradiance.

3. Answers for Autism, ADD and Other Neurological Disorders
         Autism is a brain disorder in which normal social interaction is difficult or impossible. It is the third most common child development disorder in the U.S. The largest U.S. study ever done on this problem shows that it is ten times more prevalent today than in the 1980s. Currently this epidemic warrants much more attention than many other outbreaks abroad.
         The number of cases has nearly doubled in California in the last four years and the rate of increase is accelerating, according to a study by the State Department of Development Services. Cliff Allenby, the director, says that “It is growing much faster than the growth of the population and other forms of childhood disabilities. It begs some research to figure out why.”
         Portia Iverson, the mother of an autistic child and the co-founder of Cure Autism Now, an advocacy group in Los Angeles, says, “We are in the midst of an autism epidemic. We need the government to step in and take emergency action.” Groups like Defeat Autism Now (DAN), started by doctors whose own children suffer from the condition, are having limited success.
         Ironically, some health professionals are remediating many severe cases and yet so few are aware of their natural solutions. 4. Got Real Milk ?
         Real science shows that low fat, pasteurized, homogenized, hormone and additive tainted, pesticide altered, and genetically modified (GM) milk may be a health roulette wheel. Mark McAfee, a California certified organic farmer and dairyman, states, “Organic raw milk is in no way comparable to conventional raw milk when it comes to bacterial food safety issues. Not one pathogen, including E. coli O157, Salmonella and Listeria, has ever been found in retail approved certified, organic raw milk.” See realmilk.com.
         The beneficial bacterium in raw milk strengthens the human immune system by improving digestion and absorption of nutrients. Raw milk itself contains 22 essential amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) (a known cancer deterrent -- found only in milk from grass-fed cows), high omega 3 fatty acids, lactoferin (a glycoprotein which kills pathogenic bacter) and enzymes essential for digestion, including lactase.
         Barefootfarmer.com's article, Biodynamics 7/24/01, is about the value of grass fed cows for the health of soil, crops and the ecology, as well as human health and evolution of consciousness. 5. Real Milk and Organic Flax Seed Oil ` A “Rescue Remedy”
         Dr. Albert Szent-Gyorgy, discoverer of vitamin C, won the 1937 Nobel Prize for finding that essential fatty acids, like those in flax seed oil, combined with sulphur-rich proteins, like cottage cheese, increase body/oxygenation. Dr. Johanna Budwig, a world-renowned biochemist, applied this discovery in her treatment of cancer patients, with surprising results. 6. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy ` Hope in the Air
         HBOT is registered with the Food and Drug Administration and used in hundreds of hospitals and clinics around the world. Though insurance companies pay for its use to treat 15 different medical conditions, relatively few medical doctors are really informed about it.
