BioDemocracy: Campaigning for Food Safety, Organic Agriculture, & Sustainability The Campaign for Food Safety/Organic Consumers Association deals with issues of food safety and genetic engineering and tries to promote the growth of organic and sustainable agriculture practices -- both in the US and globally. We provide consumers with factual information so that they can make informed food choices. CFS/OCA provides information, interviews, and background material for journalists, news organizations, and public interest activists worldwide.
Our campaign strategy consists of a variety of tactics including public education, targetted boycotts, grassroots lobbying, litigation, progressive media and public relations, activist networking, and direct action protests and media events. We publish two electronic newsletters (Campaign for Food Safety News and Organic View) as well as periodic Action Alerts. The Campaign for Food Safety National Director is Ronnie Cummins.

Welcome to the EnviroLink Network, the online environmental community.

EnviroLink is a non-profit organization... a grassroots online community that unites hundreds of organizations and volunteers around the world with millions of people in more than 150 countries. EnviroLink is dedicated to providing you with the most comprehensive, up-to-date environmental resources available.
At EnviroLink we're committed to promoting a sustainable society by connecting individuals and organizations through new communications technologies. We recognize that our technologies are just tools, and that the solutions to our ecological challenges lie within our communities and their connection to the Earth itself. Our organization does not take any positions on any environmental issues, it exists solely to act as a clearinghouse on the Internet for the environmental community, which is incredibly diverse in its views.
